The interview is critical and we would like your input. What would you ask a candidate? We have received some great questions so far:
- Please describe a serious conflict in which you were involved or which you observed closely. How did you help bring it to resolution? What did you do right - and wrong?
- What have you done in other churches to increase and sustain membership?
